The Mission:

To establish and provide teaching and training in all areas of ministry to the body of Christ. We believe we are to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment as Jesus proclaimed.

The Vision:

To be a Sanctuary of peace and comfort to all who enter. To Teach them how to love God,
themselves and others

* Winners Edge Church is committed to joining God in the transformation of His Children, our town of Swansea and the world.

* We believe God is already at work transforming people, our town and the world.

* At the onset of His public ministry, Jesus announced "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand." We believe that God is working now to heal every injustice and to extend grace to every man, woman and child in Swansea SC through the gospel of Jesus.

* Our job is not to create His work, but to join Him in what He is already doing.

* We know our church will be unique.

* As a family, we envision a diverse church made up of multiple ethnic cultures, the wealthy and the homeless, families and singles, artist and professionals, seniors, young and every age in between.

* We will join God in the transformation of people by helping them connect to Jesus Christ.

The Purpose:

To train up an army of God's people, equipped with the power and truth of His word; unafraid to bring the lost and hurting into the presence of the Father, To teach them to live in the wholeness of the Spirit, Soul and Body by the blood of the Lamb and the spoken word of God.

* Our desire is to become followers of Jesus who represent Him well and who lead others (skeptics, doubters, drifters and the wounded) to do the same.

* We will join God in the transformation of our town by gathering together to worship and pray in unity.

* Our goal is to help create a community that gives generously from our resources and abilities so that our town will see the gospel in action as we live and serve.

* We want to BE the church, not just say we attend one.

* We will join with God in the transformation of the world by developing and sending leaders from our community, by planting churches, through missions (foreign and local), and by developing strategic partnerships in South Carolina.

* Our focus is to be a generous, church planting, globally-engaged, multiplying church.

* Our worship gatherings then, will be a time to celebrate all that God is doing to transform the people, our town and the world.

* Each worship service will feature stories of transformation, songs of celebration, clear and creative preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ and prayer for the continued work of God in our lives, our town and the world
